    Abstract：

    语文作为初中教学中的重要组成部分，对于学生综合素养的培养有着极为重要的作用。这就要求教师能够针对现有教学方式进行改进，从而实现初中语文教学水平的提高。但是由于长期受到传统语文教学的影响，这就导致教师在课堂教学的过程中所使用的教学方式较为古板，不能有效调动学生的学习兴趣，从而对教师的教学效果造成影响。本文基于《语文课程标准》构建有效教学研究。
