Abstract：
幼儿园教育观念的调整，使得幼师在教育中关注幼儿共同发展轨迹的同时更应该重视幼儿的个性发展，为幼儿设计更加开放的教育环境，尊重幼儿的主体地位。因此，幼师为了实现教育目标可以组织区域活动的方式推动幼儿有效发展，促进幼儿能力的全面提高。本文从重视课程、围绕兴趣以及参与体验这三个方面，阐述了幼儿园区域活动的开展策略。
