    Abstract：

    随着高等教育大众化、人才需求多元化的逐渐深入，应用型本科高校人才培养面临着巨大挑战，培养适应国家社会发展、行业规划、企业需求的高素质人才成为迫切要求。将玉雕工艺纳入高等教育教学中，不仅能让学生系统地学习和应用，还有利于传统手工艺连贯地传承和保护。本文意在探索应用型高校工艺美术专业（玉雕方向）发展的有效策略，构建专业教育的社会化、传统工艺美术的现代化，培养高素质的技能型人才。
