Abstract：
中职院校在人才培养的过程中,肩负起了培养一线的技术工人以及应用型人才的重要职责.当前,有很多中职会计专业的学生在毕业之后实践能力比较弱,无法和企业进行就业沟通,在工作的过程中也不能够满足企业的需求.面对这些情况,文章将针对中职会计专业技能人才培养的现状进行具体的探究分析,发现其中存在的问题.并在市场导向的基础上设立完善的培养目标,不断的创新培养模式,建立符合实际发展情况的会计专业技能人才培养机制.
