    Abstract：

    在当下教育的发展中,涌现了大量的教学方法,并不断的被应用到教学中,取得了一定的教学成果.其中,分层教学模式这种针对学生差异而提出来的教学方法,在教学中逐渐的凸显优势.在当下的小学语文教育中,提倡因材施教,所以教师唯有了解学生的实际情况,才能依据学生的个体差异展开教学,提升语文教学效果.对此,本文阐述了分层教学模式的优势,并对其在小学语文教学中的应用进行了探究,希望能够为小学语文教学的发展提供一点帮助.
