    Abstract：

    分层教学法的作用是非常明显的，不但可以提高学生的学习水平，还可以调动学生学习的积极性，让学生对体育与健康知识有饱满的学习热情，从而提高课程的质量。因此，在体育与健康知识的讲授中，教师要科学运用分层教学法，对学生、教学目标以及考核进行分层，将分层教学法落到实处，发挥出这一教学法的作用，从而实现教学目标。
