    Abstract：

    所谓“1+X”证书是指“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”。幼儿照护职业技能等级证书，主要面向托幼机构相关岗位技能要求强化了岗位能力训练。本文，将先粗略探讨“1+X”证书制度下学前教育专业发展现状，再以幼儿照护职业技能等级证书为例详细阐述“1+X”证书在学前教育专业中的实施策略。
