    小学是学习各种知识的重要基础阶段，为以后的学习打下基础具有十分重要的现实意义。根据我国政策，小学数学教师需要帮助学生设定数学学习目标，培养积极的学习态度，为学生创造更好的学习环境，突出学生的主体地位，进一步提升知识水平，真正实现提高教学效率，减轻学生负担。
