Abstract：
现如今，在我国高职扩招背景下，生源多种多样，学生学习水平存在很大程度上的差异，且高职院校的实训平台也与学生实践技能学习的个性化实际需求相违背。基于此，本文主要基于高职扩招背景下，对退役军人、下岗转岗失业人员以及农民工和新型职业农民等群体分析人才培养方面的问题，并提出相应的人才改革培养策略，以期为日后的研究提供参考和借鉴。
