    Abstract：

    在经济稳步增长的背景下，水土保持生态建设，需要遵循可持续发展路线，为社会经济发展提供助力。水土保持生态建设属于系统化工程，需要在初始阶段完成水土保持的概念分析，之后了解水土保持遇到的挑战，最终提出可持续发展方案。水土保持生态建设需要维护生态的平衡性，平衡经济发展与环境保护之间的关系。在我国进入全新发展阶段后，水土保持生态建设成为不可缺少的重要内容，其与资源管理有着密切关联，因此需要提出完善的发展建议。
