    南水北调防汛工作经过过年的发展，已经带来了一定的社会效益。但是，南水北调工程需要跨越多条河流，河流的汛期会对南水北调中线工程的运转效率产生不良影响。所以需要高度重视南水北调的防汛工作。根据南水北调的防汛现状，提出相应的建议。
