    本文针对液氯基本性质及危害性展开分析，讨论了液氯罐设计、管道设计、建筑结构设计、给排水设计、暖通设施设计、电气设施设计等内容，通过研究做好现场合理布局、防负压安全设计、防液体溢出安全设计、防液体翻滚安全设计等内容，其目的在于提高液氯罐区工程设计结果的合理性，提高液氯罐使用过程的安全性。
