新时代教育对教师自身素质的要求更加严格。因此，作为语文教师要在不断的学习中提高自身的专业能力。如何提高，仁者见仁，智者见智。精读多练提能力，勤背深思强记忆，边教边研提技艺，不失为语文教师提高专业能力的有效路径和方法。语文教师能力的提升对于提高课堂教学效率、培养学生良好的语文学习习惯而言十分重要。本文从语文教师专业能力提升作为研究方向，探析多元化语文专业素养提升方式。
