    Abstract：

    面对当前经济全球化的发展趋势，现代化社会正在不断进步，英语课程也在教学领域中的地位越来越重要。而部分高中开展的英语教学只是为了应对高考，很多教师在教学过程中没有了生动性，使学生的英语学习变得十分被动。教学与实际应用相脱轨，师生双方都没有获得良好的成功学习体验，从而不仅影响着高中学生的英语学习自信，还导致教学无法获得理想的效果。本文将重点分析新高考视角下高中英语学习兴趣激发与学习能力培养的重要性，并提出激发高中生英语学习兴趣和提高学习能力的有效策略。
