    Abstract：

    物理学科作为高中教学的一部分，占据着很重要的教学地位，物理作为理科，其知识内容较为抽象，对于学生来说难以理解，尤其是一些学生的学习方法不对，对物理知识的了解更是困难重重。为改变这一现状，需要老师加强对高中物理的学法指导，提升学生自主学习能力，这样才能有效提高学习效率，让学生更好地掌握物理知识。本文就将对此进行研究，通过分析高中物理教学的现状，来寻找教学方法，提升学生自学能力，让高中物理课堂的教学质量更上一层楼。
