    Abstract：

    在初中阶段，开展道德与法治教育，对于促进学生的素质教育和道德教育大有裨益，有利于帮助学生树立正确的价值观。现阶段随着我国素质教育体制的改革，对政治教育的要求越来越高，因此教师应当在初中道德与法治教学中融入时政教学，提高学生的政治理论素养，这是改革的必然发展趋势。但是在时政教学的过程中仍然面临诸多挑战，本文将基于此，分析时政教学在初中道德与法治课堂的意义，并针对其中存在的问题，提出具体的措施，希望能够提高初中道德与法治课堂的教学质量。
