    Abstract：

    由于税务申报和财务核算的目的存在着很大的差别，在实际的会计处理中，由于两者不能很好地配合，导致了效率的下降。本文简要地介绍了税务申报和财务核算之间的关系，并从税务申报和财务核算之间的区别和联系，通过对申报与核算不协调造成的效益损失进行分析，并就如何在宏观、微观两个方面进行协调。
