    中国经济发展速度越来越快，建筑行业迎来了机遇，实现了繁荣。在人们物质需求已经满足的情况下，对于建筑质量的要求已经不再局限于使用价值，而是提出了更高的质量要求，这成为建筑企业所要实现的重要目标。建筑工程施工管理过程中，就要强化目标管理，以保证工程质量，提高使用效率，本论文着重于研究建筑施工管理过程中实施目标管理的有效措施。
