Abstract：
在激烈的市场竞争中，企业面临着越来越大的生存压力，成本控制在企业中的地位越来越突出，而要提高企业的经营能力，就必须不断地强化成本控制。文章从成本控制的重要性出发，对成本控制中普遍存在的问题进行了详细的论述，为了解决这些问题，本文就如何提高和优化成本管控，建立合理的成本控制体系，优化采购流程，建立采购管理体系，积极推进成本费用管理，完善成本绩效考核评价体系，通过这些建议与措施，以期为促进企业发展提供良好的借鉴。
