    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的发展，人们的物质生活水平不断提高。对于物质生活的要去也越来越高，所以现在基本上家家户户都安装了空调。但现阶段全球资源比较匮乏，节能降耗是目前国际社会上的共识，而空调的能耗在我国经济能耗中占比越来越大，基于此本文就如何在民用建筑中利用中央空调暖通设计来进行节能降耗进行了分析。
