Abstract：
随着社会经济和科技的提升，建筑工程行业也得到了快速地发展，建筑工程发展规模在扩大的同时也出现了多种施工质量问题，其中渗水问题最为常见，当土木工程施工中出现了渗水的情况时建筑物结构在水的长期影响下其承受能力就会降低，严重情况下还会对建筑物的使用寿命带来影响。因此为了对土木工施工的质量和安全性进行保障，就要对防水防渗技术进行强化，以此从防水防渗施工的合理进行中提升建筑物的防水防渗性能。本篇文章主要就是对土木工程施工中防水防渗施工技术进行的分析和研究。
