Abstract：
分层教学法是指教师通过观察学生的课堂表现，分析其练习成绩及学习兴趣，将学生划分为不同的层次，设计不同的培养方案，从而使每个学生都能根据自己的实际情况参与学习活动，并在学习过程中获得愉悦感。将分层教学法应用于小学数学教学中，对学生的数学学习具有积极意义。
