    Abstract：

    在教育部门越发重视中职德育教育工作的环境下，中职班主任自然也需要承担起相应的任务，不仅要做好对学生的专业课程教学，还需要提高对德育的重视，将学生品德培养放在教育首位，以此来为现代化社会主义建设输送高品质人才。基于这一目的，本文也对中职班主任德育工作思路展开了创新思考，希望借此来有效推进立德树人工作。
