Abstract：
本文从毕业生就业形势严峻、“互联网+”时代下高校毕业生就业创业面临的机遇两方面对大学生就业创业现状展开了分析，从团队协作能力、心理素质和交流能力等方面对大学生就业创业过程中所要具备的基本素质展开了讨论，从创建“互联网+”背景下大学生创业就业环境、完善教师创业就业培训机制、建立就业创业孵化基地等角度对提升大学生就业创业能力的具体策略展开了研究，旨在为相关人员提供参考。
