    在素质教育实施后，学校对艺术科目的关注度增加，但在小学音乐教学中，因过于侧重理论知识学习，忽视学生创新思维培养，严重影响了教学效果。对此，教师应从教学观念、教学资源、教学模式三方面着手改进，为学生创设魅力四射的音乐课堂，引导其实现创新发展。
