Abstract：
因材施教的教学思想，与课程的发展进行联系，全面进行创新，真正与学生的内心发展，进行联系，不仅能够促使学生的整体素质，得到充分的提高，同时也能调整教学的脚步。本文立足初中数学课堂教学实践，科学化的探究分层教学模式的运用方法，更新教学思维，打破常规的教学形式，不断地进行调整，融合新的教学观念，形成完善的教学体系，设定分层性的教学目标，确保学生更加积极地进行知识的内化，准确地进行课程的定位，大幅度提高分层教学模式的运用效果。
