Abstract：
在经济快速发展的今天，我们的教育得到了极大的发展，而在教育中，体育教学的作用日益突出。与其他科目的最大区别在于，它的目的是使孩子的体质得到锻炼，因而没有沉重的学习压力，有利于学生的全面发展。但是，要提高学生的体育活动效果，必须从激发学生对运动的浓厚兴趣入手，促使他们积极参加体育活动；为了有效地促进学生的健康成长，必须根据学生的具体情况制订教学计划。
