Abstract：
我国目前正处在新一轮的水利水电的施工高潮中，目前南水北调还在紧张的施工当中，水利水电方面的人才也较为紧缺。水利水电是国民经济和社会发展的一项基础性的产业。水利水电耗资大，周期非常长，需要相互配合和协调的部门以及人员比较多，这就突出了水利水电工程建设管理的重要性。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了水利水电工程建设管理问题及对策，以供参阅。
