    随着通信业务在电力系统中的广泛应用，其所处的地位也愈加重要，通信电源系统的稳定将关系到整个电力系统的安全性，而在通信电源系统中蓄电池是电力电源系统中直流供电系统的重要组成部分，它作为直流供电电源，主要担负着为电力系统中二次系统负载提供安全、稳定、可靠的电力保障，确保继电保护、通信设备的正常运行。
