Abstract：
在经济新常态下，为了使建筑产品真正满足城市居民的需求，建筑师逐渐将智能化作为建筑发展的主要方向，积极引入信息技术、计算机技术和智能控制技术，引入多元化的现代管理系统、操作系统和控制系统，提高建筑电气系统的运行效率。将各种现代技术和设备应用到建筑产品中，将进一步增加智能建筑电气系统的能耗。在智能建筑设计过程中，节能优化设计尤为关键，已经成为实现全社会节能降耗目标的重要环节。
