    在社会经济的发展过程中，随着大众日常生活质量逐渐改善，对资源能源的需求总量逐渐加大，所以引发了能源紧缺等方面的问题。随着人口数量的不断增加，在社会发展过程中，能源的供给和需求之间存在明显矛盾问题。为了有效缓解资源紧缺等现象，需要对节能、环保等项目予以高度关注，在物业工程管理过程中，机电设备的运行所消耗的能源量相对较大，需要采取有效节能措施，不仅能够节约大量的能源资源，还有助于促进物业工程管理工作的持续发展。
