Abstract：

21世纪最贵的是人才，人才是第一生产力。做好员工的培训与开发，提升员工的技能和素质是企业可持续发展的重要手段。但很多企业在培训工作中存在着盲区。不知培训工作怎么开展？怎么找到适合自己的培训体系？缺乏培训效果工作的跟踪反馈等。为解决以上的问题，本文将从三个方面浅析企业培训的开展。
