    Abstract：

    随着信息技术的不断发展，电气智能已融入人们的日常工作和生活中，并被应用到社会的各个方面，而工程建设方面则是电气自动化技术中应用最为广泛的一个方面。在建筑领域中应用电气工程自动化技术，对促进我国建筑业的整体发展具有重要意义。建筑电气自动化地优化设计与布局研究采用智能化设备，能最大限度地减少施工时间，从而降低人工成本。为此，本文就智能建筑电气工程的施工质量通病的防治措施进行了研究，以供参考。
