    Abstract：

    随着现在阶段教育改革的不断深化，而在教学中也越来越注意到学生的个体情况的不同导致教学质量参差不齐。对此，教学方式就要与时俱进从而才能更好地提升学生学习数学的能力。与此同时，教师要格外关注不同层次学生的学习体验，尊重学生人格，给予学生们鼓励。虽然近些年分层教学有所改进，但也存在一些问题。基于此，本文就从以下探讨分层教学理念下的小学数学课堂优化的策略。
