Abstract：

在房屋建筑施工过程中，质量不仅是社会关注的焦点，也是房屋建筑本身的生命。房屋建筑中的任何一个环节或部位出现问题，直接影响工程的整体质量，后果严重。因此，加强房屋建筑施工质量的管理是提高建筑质量的关键所在。本文深入分析当前房屋建筑施工质量管理工作中存在的问题，并探究几点有效的解决措施。
