Abstract：
在新高考以前，体育一直是一门不被重视的科目，其在教学中的作用也被弱化，导致一部分学生缺乏体育的核心素养，发展不全面。新高考改革，要求体育教学能够增强学生体质，培养其核心素养。基于此，文章联系教学实际，重点探索了新高考背景下高中体育与健康教学策略，希望对有关教育工作者提供理论依据。
