Abstract：
人是思想政治工作的主体，思想政治工作就是做人的工作、激发人的动力。新常态经济发展已经成为大势所趋，企业若想保证思想政治工作更具实效性，必须要对职工队伍的打造予以加强，依据自身的实际情况展开思想政治工作，并要将方法创新做到位，将职工具有的价值能够充分发挥。基于此，本文对企业思想政治工作的创新进行了简单的分析，希望能够对相关人士有所帮助。
