Abstract：
随着高校的不断发展，自高校扩招以来，大学生的择业就业与社会需要的矛盾日益突出。大学生如何找到满意的工作变成了国家和社会日益关注的话题。大多数民办高校自1999年后开始成立，其办学历史和教学体制无法跟部委高校及省属高校相提并论。如何开展民办高校的就业择业工作成为高校就业部门面临的问题。因此本文通过分析民办高校学生就业情况，研究在校企协同育人模式下就业指导的工作路径。
