Abstract：
信息化的快速发展推动了各行各业都在实现全新的转变发展，干部人事档案管理信息化是组织系统信息化工作的重要组成部分。信息化发展既带来了发展契机，也促进了干部人事管理得到了创新化研究。本文主要分析了干部人事档案信息化管理的重要性，并分析了现代化人事干部管理中存在的问题，加速推动信息化管理，促进干部人事管理实现进一步创新。
