Abstract：
新课标的颁布要求培智学校落实差异教学，培智学生差异存在的客观性也要求教师必须开展差异教学，本研究以一所培智学校教师为主要研究对象，通过课堂观察、访谈教师和阅读大量资料，探究培智学校教师在实施差异教学过程中的表现，结合目前培智学校教师在实施差异教学过程中存在的问题，提出相应的改进策略，希望能为一线的培智学校教师实施差异教学提供一些可借鉴的经验。
