    Abstract：

    如何制定更加公平而且科学的薪酬分配制度，是当前人力资源管理体系的首要任务。通过开展岗位价值的评估，能够针对组织内部不同岗位展开相对价值的客观衡量，从而制定更加公平合理的分配制度。本文主要探讨以岗位价值评估结果来进行薪酬体系的设计，并且通过将其与就薪酬体系进行结合，以动态化运行的方式来最终实现宽带薪酬体系的持续应用之目的。
