    现代学徒制在畜牧兽医专业的探索与实践，为现代畜牧兽医专业的发展提供了一条切实可行的人才培养路径。校企共育、共赢是现代学徒制得以持续推进和发展的内生动力，学校为畜牧兽医行业企业提供人力人才资源与技术服务，畜牧行业企业为学生提供技能提升和就业平台，为专业教师提供实践机会，对教师队伍建设和专业人才培养能力都有了一定的促进作用。基于此，就如何在中职畜牧兽医专业创设现代学徒制培养模式进行了探索。
