    Abstract：

    随着社会市场经济的发展，食品种类不断丰富，食品安全问题也逐步显现。分析食品安全问题的原因发现，部分食品生产企业面临极大的竞争压力，为了获取更高的利润，在食品加工环节忽视了食品质量控制，存在极大的食品安全隐患。针对食品安全问题，应以食品检测为前提，及时发现问题，从而有效地处理问题，避免问题食品进入市场。
