    Abstract：

    随着高速公路建设行业的快速发展，过去的项目管理模式已不能适应当前高速公路行业工程管理的实际需求，严重制约了项目管理效率，BIM技术的引入与应用，为整个高速公路建设行业的信息化带来了新的发展契机。BIM技术在高速公路工程施工管理中的应用，可有效提高施工质量与效率，保证施工人员安全，且有序协调各部门协同工作，减少实际返工和整改的可能性，获得良好的应用效益。
