Abstract：
在学习的过程中，我们大多数都是在课堂上度过的，也因此，课堂对于每个初中生来说都是较为重要的。而初中英语是初中课程中较为重要的一门课程，在初中的英语课堂上，老师的教学方式会影响学生喜不喜欢上课，喜不喜欢英语这门课程。一个教学水平较高的教师，在教学过程中将会激发学生们的兴趣，提高教学质量，从而达到更好的教学效果。
