    Abstract：

    在国家经济快速发展的今天，建筑业也是突飞猛进成为国民经济的核心产业。而监理在建筑工程施工过程中承担着非常重要的职责，主要负责建筑工程的质量、施工过程中各项安全隐患的防控，对建筑工程是否能有效的开展工作起着决定性因素，责任重大而深远。本文主要针对现阶段监理工作存在的问题加以分析，并对如何做好建筑工程监理工作提出了一些优化措施。
