    教学不是仅仅教授书本上限有的知识，教师是学生学习的辅助者，要不断斟酌学生，不断斟酌教材、斟酌数学史。指导孩子学习时，可以帮助孩子把一个任务分解成为一系列能够掌握的步骤，通过适当的设疑和追问，给予学生自我学习和互助式学习的时间，帮助儿童正确的组合步骤。只有让学生的学习力得到发展，学生才会真正的享受学习。
