    Abstract：

    随着社会不断的发展，我国开始重视农村留守儿童问题，农村留守儿童长期与家长分离，感受不到家庭温暖，缺少家庭教育。初中阶段的学生正处在身心发育关键期，性格比较敏感，缺少家庭教育会阻碍学生心理健康成长，初中班主任在对学生管理的同时，应当给予留守儿童充分的重视。下文中，将主要针对初中留守儿童存在的问题进行深入分析，以此来提出有效的教育策略。
