随着社会主义市场经济的发展和城市化进程的加快，房屋建筑工程质量检测工作被人们更加关注，信息化技术的发展推动了房屋建筑工程质量的提升，高效率的市场监管为房屋建筑工程的施工提供了保障。本文以房屋建筑工程质量检测技术与监管作为研究对象，希望能够找到提高房屋建筑工程质量检测与监管水平的有效途径。
