随着人们对生活品质要求的不断提高，人们对于居住环境的要求越来越高，而园林对于现代城市建设起着改善城市环境的作用，也为城市居民提供自然、雅致的生活环境，城市园林能够维持生态平衡，改善市容市貌，提高市民生活舒适度，是当前城市建设管理的重要对象之一，城市园林建设呈现出了新的特点，绿地管理也出现了新的思路。本文对城市园林管理的战略功能与目标定位进行深入分析，以供参考。
